Red Velvet Smoothie for the Liver

This is a wonderful smoothie to detox the liver by adding beets.  Beets and Dandelion Greens are natural liver cleansers.  Adding these vegetables to your smoothie improve your liver detox.

A handful of leafy greens (only a small amount of dandelion greens if you like as they are bitter.)

2 stalks of celery

2 slices of lemon

½ of a cucumber

¼ of a beet

1 – ½ of NP Chocolate Protein Powder or Vanilla Powder

1 – 2 scoops of (Wholistic Medical Food for IBS & Inflammation)

8-10 oz. of Milk alternative, coconut water, or filtered watered

Add ice and blend.
