Over the years I have followed the advice of naturopath Victor G. Rocine (1856-1932) who said,

“If we eat wrongly, no doctor can cure us. 
If we eat rightly, no doctor is needed.”

Unfortunately In our 21st century lives of industry and technology, we move further away from the essence of what keeps us healthy.In order to live a balanced life in this more toxic environment than our ancestors lived, we must look at everything we are exposed to in our environment.  This includes what we put in our bodies, on our bodies, what we breathe and even the activities we participate in on a daily basis.  I used this philosophy to get well and stay well with my journey back to wellness through change of my emotional, physical and mental balance with fibromyalgia.  Now, I help people get and stay well by helping them discover their own health horizons through Wellness Wins.

I almost named “Wellness Wins” something else because the joy of sailing did so much for my return to health.  So you will still see references to “Wellness Winds” throughout my services as I do have special consultations for boaters.
